“The service was perfect. The salmon was cooked perfectly. But the accompanying base of beans and vegetables, which I would have loved to eat, was so salty I couldn’t eat it. For the price of the meal and price of the resort, they should do better. Three stars for over salted food. Update: went back at spouse’s request, and found the lemon ravioli very nicely done, delicate and delicious flavors, and spouse liked the fish tacos and brisket French onion soup, and none of it was over salted. Service was again perfect. Will update this to 4 stars.”

This is definitely a place appropriate for a special occasion, but I like that it felt laid back as well, as rustic and homey was met with fine dining. The scenery is breathtaking.
