In the few instances that there was a wait (usually there is not), it has never been longer than 15 minutes. The staff is (and has always been) professional and courteous and have always been available when I needed them (e.g. emergency appointments). “Fantastic experience from start to finish. They had listed a (barely) used guitar I've been drooling over for a while on a third-party website at a reasonable cost. I called the store beforehand as I'd be coming in from Austin, and Mike held the item for me. There were a billion amps available to test the guitar through, and each department throughout the store looked to have an impressive selection of new and used gear. In the same transaction, I also sold several pieces and got a satisfactory return toward my purchase. It was quite busy in the store on this Saturday but the employees were helpful, professional and efficient as could be. I highly recommend!”
