And I also like the fact that the customer service center is located at the front of the store, so when you need to return something you don't have to walk all the way back to the corner. Morningstar SURPASSED my expectations. Their facility allows 24hr access and a well lit, safe area. Highly recommend this storage facility. Valerie Lopez is a wonderful manager there and helped me get a unit that was exactly what I needed. Great customer service and she went above and beyond to help with their company rental moving truck that had broken down. She booked me a truck from another location right on the spot. I will rent from them again even though I live in town. :)”
