When I called them about it, they told me they had already waived the rest of the bill, before I had even called to complain. “They were great! From the initial call Katherine was very helpful. I ended bringing my t.v here for repair. The price for the diagnostic was really good. In less than 24 hours, they tested my tv’s sound module and speakers. The module was good but, the speakers were bad. They advised me that, they could replace the speakers but, it would be 4-6 weeks to get new ones from overseas. It would be better and more cost effective to get an external sound bar. They came out to my vehicle to pick up the tv and brought it out when I picked it up. First class service and definitely worth the drive. I’m glad I passed on the other her tv shops and came here.”
