Tried the triple shot espresso, almond bee, and lavender flavors. Almond bee was my favorite flavor. The lavender was amazing as well, if you're into lavender. The espresso was flavorful and had the best texture.”

“As a nurse I did my research for months before I saw any chiropractor. Upper cervical chiropractor was completely new to me, so I really had to dig and learn about it. I had an appointment with another chiropractor but I felt like I was in a used car sales office, so I couldn't get out fast enough. Then I stumbled upon this gem! Dr. Mike is the absolute best at what he does! My consultation was at least an hour long and he explained every little detail and had an answer to every question, which I had a lot! He took his time to make sure I understood 100% what had happened to me. I've now been seeing him in conjunction with a TMD specialist going on 4 years now, due to a severe head injury. I have come such a long ways, without surgery that could have done more permanent damage and made the pain more unbearable than it already was! Almost four years ago I walked into his office with no hope and now I know there is hope. I won't let anyone else but Dr. Mike adjust me. He and his staff have become like family to me. Dr. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and will give it to you straight and won't beat around the bush. I've recommended several people to him and they have continued to see him for over a year. I promise you won't regret this investment! You're in great hands and he really the best in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.”

“Sigma Mental Health is a great place to go if you’re not able to find a psychiatrist right away and need to speak to someone. They’re open on the weekends and have extended hours during the week. I spoke with one of the psychiatrist, Matthew Dietz. He’s really understanding and I felt like he cared about my situation. The receptionist was really nice and explained to me how the facility works and what to expect. They don’t prescribe controlled substances, they only prescribe 30 day supplies at a time and you have to visit monthly to get a new prescription written. This place really is there to help you in the mean time until you’re able to find a psychiatrist that’s accepting new patients or has open availability. It’s great because you don’t have to go to an emergency room or urgent care clinic and talk to a regular doctor who isn’t well versed in mental health. You’re able to speak to a psychiatrist for an hour, explain what’s going on, and come up with a plan to help you get through your rough patch. The pricing is a little high but they do tell you upfront how much the initial payment will be ($300) and how much each visit will be after ($150). They do ask you if you want a copy of the paperwork so you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Honestly, I am so happy to have found this place. Overall, I would definitely recommend it!”

“I have only been a few times, but I love Dr. Hoefle. She listens, is competent, is compassionate, and she helps navigate all sorts of medical things e.g. referrals, recommendations, medications, etc. She is thorough and will give you as much time as you need. Her nurse is also fantastic. The clinic staff members are generally quite pleasant. Sure, it can be difficult to get an appointment, but if you really need to see a doctor they have a Saturday clinic or you can see another doc in the practice. And sure I had to wait to be seen for my appointment once, but I mean I figure that just means another patient needed more time. It is hard to know how long someone will need when they make an appointment. It is what it is and no different anywhere else. This doctor is worth the wait in my opinion. Also, they have a lab onsite so that's handy.”
