“After my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s my father continued to care for her until his health prevented him from doing so. It was a difficult decision for the entire family. We regret that we placed her in a large facility at the beginning. The care at the corporate place was awful. It felt cold and she was just another slot filled in their rotation, her clothes would disappear and she Never seemed groomed. We checked on her daily to stay on top of them and had constant anxiety. Then someone referred us to Sam’s place.What a huge difference!!!!!!! It was intimate, warm and caring. Food is baked and homemade! Moms clothes smelled wonderful. The care and dignity was amazing and they took the time to make sure everything she needed was given to her. Sam and his staff work as a team and it was flawless. For the first time since moms diagnosis we all had peace of mind that she was getting the care she Deserved❤️We are so thankful to Sam and his staff and are entirely grateful to them.”

“Lived here for 2 years and left because we wanted to upgrade to a house. The price is very decent for the area. We're not the types to use amenities but even then it was still worth the price. Management was always wonderful with us, and very responsive via email. Maintenance did a great job on everything. Plus, move out was great and easy! There is plenty of parking (even if it's not right in front of your apartment) and the neighborhood is super quiet and safe. My singular complain is that you can hear everything that goes on upstairs and if you have someone with a kid or a dog above you, it can be very grating so invest in ear plugs. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this complex!”
