(November 24, 2019, 9:28 am)The front desk staff was courteous and efficient despite the late hour rush of patients. Clinic was very clean, from lobby to the rooms. As we were being taken to an exam room my daughter ended up throwing up all over the hallway path. The nurses handled it professionally and didn't show any attitude, they reassured us they would take care of it despite our efforts to help. The doctor was clinically professional, however he seemed basic and straight out of textbook style. Only asked us maybe 5 questions about our daughters symptoms then kind of just gave us a quick briefing on what she could eat (Pedialyte & water, basic fruits) and handed us some print outs. I was hoping for more information especially since I'm a first time mom, but honestly I could of saved time and found the basic answers he gave us on WebMD. The doctor was the only semi bad part of my visit. I get that you are a busy and have many responsibilities, but for people who are waiting for at least a hr or more on your services, can you spend a full 10 minutes with them and be thorough with your patients. Vs. The 3 minute quick WebMD diagnosis that you throw at them like the printouts. Clinic staff was overall great, but doctor needs work on chair side manner.

(September 22, 2019, 1:45 pm)I love the Selma location! The online system allows me to make an appointment so we don't have sit in the waiting room all day. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly too!

I didn’t know what her insurance was and they tried their best to find it (the front desk) they were very patient and knowledgeable. I eventually was able to contact someone from her insurance and got the information I needed on a Sunday. The doctor was great with my niece. We were in and out in less than an hour.

(July 30, 2019, 11:39 am)Very attentive staff, and very accommodating. I would rate it 5 stars because of the care but the wait was long. We did have to wait in the waiting room a bit longer BUT the staff was very apologetic and did everything they could to help ease the wait. We would go back again!
