Exceptional, evidence based care from a highly responsible and caring physician! I'm a physician myself and I refer numerous patients to her without hesitation.
In response to the negative review below, it is important to note that physicians CANNOT respond to bad reviews to clarify what actually occurred, as this would be a HIPAA violation (against the law). A patient can write anything they want, but the physician cannot correct the record, even if the reviewer was dishonest or left out a significant part of the story. Typically, if a patient is dismissed from a medical practice, there is a history of harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behavior on the part of the patient (in other words, it takes A LOT to dismiss a patient and we don't do it lightly). I would look carefully at the many other stellar reviews for this physician and go off of that.
Very happy with my visit. I was a nervous wreck because I scheduled the wrong type of appointment and then I also forgot my copay card.
The woman at the desk (I believe her name was Kimberly) was very friendly and helpful, even though I was probably inconveniencing her and Dr. Mackin and other patients.
Dr. Mackin was also very friendly and welcoming. My visit was pretty short since I didn't schedule a new patient appointment like I should have, but that was perfect for me! I was able to beat the worst traffic.
In hindsight, choosing an appointment befote rush hour was a bad idea.
Love Dr Mackin and her team!! Dr Mackin is a true doctor, she takes her time with me and my wife and works with each of us on our heath care. Prior doctors I've seen at other places like to "tell" you what to take, Dr Mackin includes the patient. Highly, highly recommend!
Dr Mackin is an awesome Dr. She listens to everything you are saying and is very patient. There is usually no wait time and they try to fit you in as quick possible. Her office staff is really nice also. Highly recommend her!
I had a small skin procedure done here, and I was so impressed with the staff and the doctor. Dr. Mackin is skilled and took care of my procedure without any problems. The entire staff was terrific. I would without question recommend this office based on my experience.
