“I recently visited forward diesel repair on two different occasions to have my RV serviced. The first instance I brought my RV into them was to have my generator serviced in which the shop manager Mike was very helpful. I was very happy because they found that the issue with my generator was a simple spark plug in the back of the unit. They didn’t even charge me for looking at the unit or replacing the spark plug. The next instance I brought my RV in was because one of the slide outs failed to retract. I had to manually pull the slide back in prior to bringing it to forward diesel repair. I was thinking that the slide motor needed to be replaced. Mike and his technicians are very knowledgeable they figured out it was a wiring issue and blown fuse. They fixed my issue very quickly and at a very affordable price. I can’t speak more highly of mike @ forward diesel repair, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me in this area. So, if you have an RV and need service you will be way better off bringing it to forward diesel repair and talking to mike. I can’t foot stomp that enough, mike will take care of you!!!!!!”

The vehicle that caused the damage was not there when I came out of the store and saw what happened.There was NO note! Hit and run in the parking lot!! There were some serious white paint marks and scratches. My car is grey. The lower part of the quarter panel was popped out at a seam. I went to Chaney's to get a repair estimate. Since my deductible was high, they offered to pop the panel back in place and clean it up. The white paint is gone. The panel is in place. No dents, just black scratches (the black plastic showing through). It's something I can live with and I saved $1000. Chaney's did not charge me one cent. The next time I have a need for body work, I'll be back at Chaney's. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great Integrity!!!”
