“For the most part, the staff is great. There are some CNA’s that need to be retrained or change professions. I have a degree in social work and I have friends that work with this population and I hear horror stories about other facilities. As long as you visit with your loved ones on a regular basis, you’ll be able to see anything negative about their stay and report it to the Director of Nursing.”

“Dr. Chica is one of the most thorough physicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He breaks things down in layman’s terms I can clearly understand. I believe when someone is dealing with a new life changing disease this is the absolute very best a patient could ever hope for. While being treated as an inpatient at NE Baptist I had the opportunity to be served by many different doctors in his specialty field. When I was released I personally chose him for my follow up care. As for his private practice, I cannot say enough about the friendliness of his staff. Any phone calls I make/ inquiries are promptly handled. As a 100% disabled Veteran and a private insurance policy holder I think it speaks volumes of my very high regard for Both Dr. Chica and his staff.”
