I was in need for a prescription short notice and gave a call. Debbie notified me that an optometrist was unavailable for the day. I just assumed that that was that and I was going to move on. But instead, to my surprise, Debbie actually took the time to contact multiple local optometry clinics for me. She even went to the extent of calling clinics to ensure an appointment was available. AMAZING customer service that I had to write a review just for that. She genuinely cares for her patients, and this truly shows her honest character to help others.”
