“I found Dr. Rodriguez to be very knowledgeable in his field and his wife was equally passionate about physical and mental health in general, both very kind. I was saddened when my health insurance changed and my son could no longer see him. When you can find a great doctor with great staff, you have found a great thing. I cannot say that for Dr. Rodriguez's staff. When an active patient, one of the members of his staff was quite rude to me and would make it diffilcult for me whenever she could. Even to this day I cannot say why this woman was rude to me. The ultimate is when my son was hospitalized and I attempted to reach out to Dr. Rodriguez for general but specific information and the member of his staff would not let me speak to the doctor, when I asked if I could leave a message and if he could return my call, she said that the doctor refuses to speak to me since he is not my doctor. I found this to be a total contradiction to how I saw his practice when he saw my son. Although I know that the doctor could not give specific instructions since he is not the overseeing doctor, I found refusing to speak to a former patient who left on very good terms, AWFUL. In a mental health situation, you never know what a person is going through. So my recommendation is this...Very good doctor, unsure about the quality and integrity of all of the staff.”

“I had an MRI at Alamo City MRI (Fredericksburg Road) location yesterday. I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. Roxanne and Nate were very friendly and helpful. I was on time for my exam and there was no wait time. Nate gave me a CD of my images after the exam. I would recommend Alamo City MRI. Given the clean facility, helpful staff and minimal wait times; Alamo City MRI seems a step above the competition.”

“My first experience here was for a regular teeth cleaning and I couldn’t believe how thorough they were with the entire process. I was explained in detail about what they were doing. The staff was so friendly and kind. So I decided to return to get my wisdom teeth removed, and again was definitely not disappointed. The ladies in the front are very sweet and remembered details about our conversation from the last visit. They really show that they care about their patients as individuals. They were also so quick to get me started. The entire process took less than an hour. The dentist is very good and knowledgeable! He explained to me his reasons for doing everything. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I will be staying at Pearl Dentistry for the remainder of my time in San Antonio and recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!”

She made us as well as my daughter feel very comfortable. She answered all our questions and thoroughly explains what we need to do and why at every appt. After a long struggle, she has brought our daughter back to us. I can never express our grateful we are. She is now working with our youngest daughter and we have absolute confidence in her.
