“Dr. Belcher is the most wonderful Pediatrician. She has been my children's Pediatrician for many years. From my 30 yr old daughter to my 15 year old. Her staff, once you get to know them, are wonderful. Yes there is quite a bit of waiting, and that is because, she, and also her assistant take their time with each child. They make sure to ask questions and know that everything is ok with your child. I love that about this place. So if the complaints about her office are that they wait too long. I can guarantee that is the reason why, and a very good reason for the long wait. GREAT JOB DR. BELCHER. YOUR CERTAINLY THE BEST IN TOWN!!”

“My family really loves this place my aunt lives there and me and my husband came to visit from out of town for her birthday, when we got there the young lady sitting at the door was very respectful and told us exactly where my aunt would be. This place seems to be a very friendly environment and my aunt's room was very nice and clean. I know she loves this place because she asked me if I wanted to stay and eat "good dinner" with her since the food has recently gotten better with some new people in the kitchen.”

“While visiting town, my 8 year needed care for a wasp bite that got infected. We went in on Friday morning and received excellent care that was quick and efficient. The staff was kind, friendly, and was able to verify my insurance in a timely manner. We were given a script for CVS down the road. She was well enough to tour the sites the next day. My only suggestion would be for the clinic to update some key words on their google contact so they are easier to find when typing in urgent care/etc... I found them by calling an emergency room but was looking for urgent care vs an ER visit. Thanks again.... if we lived closer I would use this location vs a regular doctors office where you wait for hours.”

The staff had a sense of urgency and they were all very friendly. By far the best experience I've had in an emergency clinic. Unfortunately, CMS ratings are based on information that is over a year old and do not take the medical commplexity of the residents into consideration. Excellent care for ventilators and trach patients with very few returning to the hospital and a highly successful weaning rate! EXCELLENT facility if you are looking for quality care! ABSOLUTELY NO SMELLS!!! Don't believe it, come see for yourself!!!”
