So when you are told what you will pay beforehand the bill is exactly that or less when you come out. That is a must for me. They also seem to treat their employees well. Another plus is the employees are competent which means they probably hire certified or experienced techs and they PAY them Decent wages. Nothing ruins a good employee faster than being treated terrible as well as paying them less than bill miller. So Helotes Family Dental is doing things right. “I had a migraine and this was the only place open at 8 p.m. that could take a client. The staff was very friendly. The massage was different, not your typical. About 20-30 minutes was done over the sheet. The scalp massage was amazing. Initially when I had gone in, the gentleman who checked me in said they would focus on this area plus shoulders and neck for the migraine. It was a whole body instead which wasn't as helpful but still good. Nothing fancy in the room. Overall, I'd go back in a pinch. It was pricey for the ambiance.”
