“From the original call through the arrival on-site, the office at Will’s All Pro Plumbing was courteous and did a fantastic job of keeping in contact about the technician’s arrival time (he was kept longer at a earlier job, and they actually called to let us know he’d be late). Michael Angeles might actually be the nicest in home service professional I’ve ever met. That includes, representatives from various cable companies, handyman services, electricians, and carpet installers. He knew exactly what needed to be done, had all the tools required in this truck, and completed the job in a hurry. He made some reasonable recommendations and suggested some stopgap measures until we’re ready for a more expensive maintenance. I have every intention of using Will’s for a larger scale project sometime in January, and plan to specify request Michael perform the work.”
