After viewing the property he gave me comparable sales in the area, and withing hrs had them e-mailed to me to thoroughly view in detail. I put him off for a few days over thinking this out. I finally replied to him and he had offers on the sale. I signed the contract and he took it to the end. On the bad side... which was not the realtor choice it was the buyers tittle company(Excel title)here in San Antonio. That caused issues letting me know I needed this and that hrs before closing.
