“Trudy is an amazing woman. Full of life. If you want something like a pastry, you must order it two days in advance. I got her to make me some Apple Strudel. After she made it, I felt it was appropriate that she have a slice of her laborious work with me. We had German Coffee and strudel. She shared with me some insight of her life and I shared mine I also got some great advice. Just an all around good person to be around. My visit with her was the highlight of my day.”
