“I had a water leak in the shower and called two different plumbers to help identify and neither could help. Both told me it was coming from the tile and I needed to find a tile repair person. I was super frustrated and called Ace. I thought I was going to have to rip out my entire shower as it’s floor to ceiling tile. The owner, Jon came out and spent about an hour helping to trouble shoot and noticed the leak and the tape from the drywall on the backside of the adjoining wall. Turns out it was fixture leak from a downspout that wasn’t even required for my shower. Jon’s team came out and helped to complete the job. Eric was 100% professional and explained every step he was taking before moving forward. I trusted them so much that I asked them to help with some additional work my front door that needed repairs. Some reviews talk about the price but I can tell you that if your more concerned about long term cost and great craftsmanship, Jon and his team will take care of you. I can’t imaging how much unnecessary money I would have spent if it wasn’t for Ace. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future!”
