“I needed a new truck and decided to Purchase one in Texas, and had two days to fly in and do so. I had several lined up from Austin to San Antonio, with the very last one being Showcase Elite Motors. The trucks I found at other dealerships were misrepresented online and disappointing to see in-person, but not so with Showcase Elite Motors. The images online were very thorough, and when I saw the truck in-person there were no surprises. Rob, the owner, was very helpful and patient. My father and I looked the truck over for a LONG time, and Rob patiently waited for us to do so. We decided to purchase the truck that day, but we were short on time and my bank was closed, so we agreed to return the next day. Rob was again very patient as He, the bank, and Myself worked to secure a loan, and continued to help Title the vehicle in South Carolina. I've since driven the truck from Texas to South Carolina, and put about 5k miles on it with no issues, and feel confident that Rob was honest with everything he told us about the truck. “The car we brought in had front end damage and needed signifiant repairs all around the front end and side panels. When I went in for my quote, he surveyed the damage and patiently explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I left without feeling any pressure to make a decision that day. I did get a few other quotes and I must say the cost were comparable with a few being higher. What made me chose them was the excellent customer service, their honesty and constant and consistent communication. Jesse and his staff kept me apprised to what was going on daily and any changes were communicated immediately. They even went above and beyond when they found small issues and took care of them. I must say I was not prepared for the finally product. I was blown away at the work done. The car essentially looked like it came off the lot. They even washed it!! When I went to pay I was sure the price was going to have changed drastically from the quote because of the things that came up (by the way they show and take pictures if something needs to be done that wasn’t discussed); to my surprise there were no up charges. From beginning to end Jesse and his staff were amazing, honest, respectful and courteous. We will definitely use their services again.”
