“The home we were renovating had a major problem with rats. The inspection took two hours to even find all the locations where they were at and to determine what to do about it. I thought Annette Did a great job of finding exactly what she needed to do to treat this. She gave me a thorough estimate and explain to me exactly how much time it would take to handle the problem. Two days later she came out to get rid of the rats. It took her the two days she told me it would take. There was a lot of work to do to get rid of the number of rats that were there, which she told me could be in the hundreds if not thousands. I was happy to give her the two days if it was going to work and it did. The contractor was able to come out a few weeks later and begin the renovation on the home and we haven't had a problem with rat sense. The house looks beautiful, we sleep well at night, and everything is good.”

“Firstly, thank you so so much Ms. Tanya L, T-Mobile is lucky to have you. I came to this store almost a year ago to purchase a phone/add a line. The young lady that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I got something my girlfriend would love and be happy with ( I was clueless ). Luckily she also made sure I was protected and insured which helped out so much when that phone was stolen just a month later. When I came back to unfortunately get another phone , she was there for me and made the horrible situation so easy, not only was she personable and sympathetic I was actually able to walk away feeling even better about everything. But her impeccable customer service and outstanding knowledge of all that is T-Mobile knows no bounds cause she just saved my Christmas!! She went out of her way to make sure I was able to purchase and have my Apple Watch in time for Christmas. I have never had such a consistent amazing experience in retail. “This is easily the most limited and lightly stocked Clothing and Sales stores I have ever had to endure but this entire post is a bit lacking in general when compared to other military posts like Ft Hood, Bragg, Knox etc so be ready to adjust your expectations. The employees are great, I've never had an issue with them at all. The store, however, is closed on Mondays which can be an annoyance as well. Adapt and overcome, I guess!”
