She was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on what will work in my small 3 gallon tank since my fish of 3 years have now passed on. She got us so excited about new fish and she was so sweet we decided to go ahead and buy a 29 gallon tank with sand and all with my new mollys for my small tank! We are now running it to prepare for new fish and will be going back soon when it's ready for new fish. We are so excited!”

“I have always had a great experience with customer service at this location, especially with the copy department services and the associates working there. Today, however, I needed assistance with finding a good office chair that could help with my back pain and discomfort while working at my desk all day. I am completely amazed with the level of customer care given by Melissa from the furniture department, was very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I’m sure I looked pretty overwhelmed when she offered her assistance, but her friendliness and genuine concern of how important it was for me to be able to purchase a comfortable desk chair, made for a “that just made my whole week better” type of shopping experience.”

“Been going here since they built the place. I love to do arts/crafts of all sorts and they are one the best suppliers. However, their prices are a bit higher, but if you are looking for something that you must have, Michael's Craft Store will probably carry it. If they don't, i believe you can put in an order from the store or order it from online. I've picked many things up at several Michael's locations, all were great! I can't really give it a 5-Star rating, but like I've said before, prices are bit up there.”

Store was clean, but stock fluctuates a lot with what the current tech is leading towards. So, if you're looking for previous year model accessories, they have some but don't expect it to be there. “This is a nice and homely place that was very well put together. I enjoyed the smell of the Christmas trees they had on stock. The way they had the flowers and other arrangements set up were easy to scan the aisles and gave that overview of the whole garden. Customers were easy to talk to so it was an enjoyable experience. Staff were approachable and were prepared to answer my questions. ???? Friendly service with a smile, had a good feeling after I left the store kinda made my day a little better.”

“I have been coming to this location since it was built. Generally I can find whatever it I am looking for and if I cannot then the staff is very willing to help out. I have bought everything from clothes and shoes to sports equipment and hunting necessities. Fishing and hunting licenses, tackle and so many more items. If something was out of stock the ugh generally inform me to the best of their knowledge when it will be back in stock. Typically pretty fast even when trying to get licenses for hunting and fishing. All ar pi und my place to stop by for just about all my necessities of the outdoors provided it's something not to extreme.”
