“Great experience, walked in to obtain new service information. Ran into issues with my credit file, nothing that the store could do. It was my responsibility to fix. However, Enrique Ruiz at store #4041 stayed calmed went above&beyond to assist me in every step. I had to visit the store multiple times and received the same outstanding customer service from Enrique and the only other worker during the late night shift, i think it was the manager. It takes patience and a high level of customer service to be the face of a company, but most importantly to always do it with a smile. I highly recommend this store and these two individuals.”

Had a walk in appointment with Lindsey late Thursday evening and she gave me the exact hair color and hair cut as pictured below! Was finally so happy with my hair color and cut. My haircut falls in all the right places and gives a great head toss! Everyone loves it. They said my hair cut is very modern.
