“My vehicle was hit in the left rear quarter panel when it was parked at a shopping center. The vehicle that caused the damage was not there when I came out of the store and saw what happened.There was NO note! Hit and run in the parking lot!! There were some serious white paint marks and scratches. My car is grey. The lower part of the quarter panel was popped out at a seam. I went to Chaney's to get a repair estimate. Since my deductible was high, they offered to pop the panel back in place and clean it up. The white paint is gone. The panel is in place. No dents, just black scratches (the black plastic showing through). It's something I can live with and I saved $1000. Chaney's did not charge me one cent. The next time I have a need for body work, I'll be back at Chaney's. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great Integrity!!!”

“I studied with Steve Hatfield while stationed at Goodfellow Air Force Base. Steve took me thru a series of lessons, or 'Ah Soos', that brought San Soo to life very quickly. These lessons, when practiced consistently, take root in your muscle memory very quickly. This happens because they are simple, and also because Steve is patient enough to explain each part of the lesson as he teaches them. I find myself still practicing these lessons whenever I am going thru a workout on a heavy bag or a punching dummy. I'm looking forward to getting back into San Soo in my current location sometime this Spring. It's a brutal and straight-forward system for self-defense. Thanks Steve!”
