“Our representatives was extremely personable and so easy to work with. Not only did he offer a solution to the immediate issue, he also went through and reviewed our account overall letting us know we had other options that would enhance our service overall while saving us money. Lastly, and perhaps the absolute most impressive of all was when we were discussing a HUM for our teenage daughter. Unfortunately the only one in stock at that particular store was the display device. While it wouldn't have necessarily been a huge deal for us to return the following day to pick it up, he offered to meet us at a location much closer to our home so that it would be much more convenient for us which was extremely thoughtful and impressive. However, on our way out the owner of that particular store pulled up with the device. He had driven from another store simply to drop of what we needed so that we wouldn't be "inconvenienced." The customer service was far beyond what we could have expected and much appreciated. Although it isn't the closest Verizon store to our home it is now the only one we will be working with.”
