“Dr. Malarcher is a very thorough doctor. She is absolutely wonderful. And most importantly, she saved my life! I will never be able to thank her enough. After, asking questions and examining me, I was sent for a CT scan. After getting my CT scan I was told to sit out in the waiting room so that they could make sure that it came out okay. Not even five minutes of waiting to hear back from the technician, Dr. Malarcher called me herself. She informed me that I had a bi-lateral pulmonary embolism (PE) and that I was to go to the emergency room immediately. She called the hospital to inform them that I would be coming. There in the hospital, they then did more testing and I was then diagnosed with not only a bi-lateral PE, but a DVT in my leg as well. I was in the hospital for a few days. I can’t thank Dr. Malarcher enough.”

“After returning home from a work conference on Saturday, I noticed that my hot water was barely Luke warm... the following day, I drained the reserves and exited the shower shivering after being graced with freezing cold water. I called my Warranty company and was immediately contacted by Jesse at San-Tex Plumbing. We discussed a wind storm on Friday possibly being the culprit for extinguishing the flame on the heater but without an analysis of Weezie the Water Heater, we were guessing in the wind. Jesse and Rueben arrived the next morning to save the Day in frigid, rainy weather. He reminded me that he had serviced my house the previous year. Last year, Jesse had instructed me on clearing small grit and pebbles from my faucets/aerators to increase my water pressure. He also made my day as he complimented me again on my decor as he appreciated the design and my natural lighting (beaming inside). Jesse and Rueben got to work and inspected Weezie. As suspected, her little flame was extinguished... Jesse correctly showed me how to light her as I was unsuccessful the day prior. He checked wires, while Rueben explained the life cycles of water heaters. Within minutes, Weezie's Blue Flame was burning and Jesse explained the me the difference between the blue and orange flames. These men were professional, exceptional and life savers on such a bitter cold day. Jesse stated, "We couldn't let you go without warm water on such a cold day"! They waited about 15 minutes and the water was starting to get warm ... Jesse made some readjustments and Weezie was good as new! I thank San-Tex Plumbing for being my Life Saver Twice, but most importantly I thank Jesse and Rueben for taking care of me, a woman with basic plumbing knowledge and Educating me because many companies do not! 10 Stars, a Bravo and a Warm hug was given ~ Highly Recommended”
