I am a big fan of their Route 44 drinks, and I will make special stop to get one due to the daily drink specials. “I have been going to this donut shop since I was a little kid and it is honestly my favorite donut shop. Even for someone like me who is not a huge donut fan, I enjoy their donuts and their kolaches are to die for. Would highly recommend this locally owned little shop. “So a week or so ago my wife asked me to get some of the loaded baked potatoes for our son (who was nine going on ten months old) since he's eating soft and chopped foods with our food processor. I place the order and get the drinks while waiting for the Togo order. About five to ten minutes later the lady who took my order and payment told me that they were out of baked potatoes and asked what I'd like instead. Now after some work we were able to get food that would work (mashed potatoes and brisket). After all of this a few minutes later I get my food and I'm out. I ordered fried pickles which were really good and were probably my favorite item of all. Sadly when I got home my other side dishes were not what we had ordered originally and I had way more Mac and cheese and no green beans. Usually I check before I leave but with everything going on and me wanting to get home I didn't. At this point I didn't want to push anything and neither did my wife so we left it at that. But seeing Grady's come up on my feed to rate I felt I needed to. The issues that caused the fall from 5 to 4 were the delay in telling me they were out of baked potatoes. I don't feel I should have been able to order and pay for the item if it wasn't available. Granted she helped me with getting an alternate, but that delay and then the sides being wrong when I got home dropped my rating. We'll be back because the food and service are enjoyable for us, but think communication could be better all around”

“I was there today because I have an emergency and wanted to see what I could borrow for my Mom and Dad's wedding rings and some other jewelry...I didn't do it because I'm trying to find an alternative but got home late and just took those pouches out of my car and I see I don't have my Dad's wedding band. I don't know your name(dark haired girl) and I know your closed...just want you to know that I'll be back tomorrow (Friday) for my Dad's ring????...Will update this review with 5 stars when I have that ring back????....Went back today and they had found my Dad's ring and put it up for me! Don't think I'll be selling my stuff but I'll definitely buy there!”
