“We went to the location on 410/Blanco and felt consistent pressure from the employees that work there. Eventually they got the clue that we wanted to look without any hassling. Once my wife and I thought we had decided on a purchase and called for help, the salesperson called for someone we didn’t want to deal with. That was a big turnoff and we left. So we came to the I-10 location and felt a much better vibe with Ryan who guided us through a purchase that my wife and I felt confident with. We felt comfortable being able to browse around before attempting to talk with anyone. Ryan made the process smooth and understood the time needed for us to browse and discuss options before making a purchase.”

“I received a quote from an Oral Surgeon in the DFW area and just to have my tooth removed under sedation it was going to be $3000. I saw on Dr. Haverkorn's website that it was a flat fee of $300. I immediately called and booked an appointment, the tooth removal was quick and professional and the fact that I saved $2700 made it much less painful! The implant that I will have done in a couple of months is also substantially less than the oral surgeon I got a quote from. Total savings by using Dr. Haverkorn is over $10,000!! I highly recommend him and his professional staff. The facility is brand new and in a great location that is easy to access. 5 stars all the way!”

“I would give 5 stars for the blinds themselves, but a 3 star for customer service so I give them 4 stars. After little over 3 months, I received all the blinds for all the windows and patio door I ordered. They look wonderful. The quality is great and I’m very happy with them. I was not happy with the interaction of the company owner and his employees. It took over 3 months from start to finish. At one point, I felt the owner just avoided my calls and was tired of dealing with me! Not sure if that was the case, but it felt like it! There was miscommunication internally within their company it seemed as they ordered the wrong blinds, some were discontinued, and other issues. They didn’t complete the install in one visit. Every person in the company I spoke with had a different story or excuse for the delays or missing blinds. Some had no idea... they just seemed very unorganized. Eventually, it all worked out, but it was an unpleasant experience. The owner has called me and apologized for the experience I had. He explained his business was going through some transitions and with him traveling back and forth to Mexico it was difficult to keep the communication going. I do appreciate the call back and apology. He has assured me that they have improved since my order and it was an isolated incident and not something all of their customers experience. I’m not trying to ruin business for anyone so I’m being as honest as I can about my experience with them. I’m hopeful that should I need to work with them again in the future that *fingers crossed* it will go smoothly.”

“Kaleb was a great waiter and gave great descriptions of different meals based on different tastes and wasn't shy about his favorite dish. We started off with the calamari and octopus which was well cooked and not rubbery. Breading was well seasoned and wasn't dripping with grease. For our entrees we ended up getting the shrimp and grits and the seasonal halibut dish. Each dish was thoughtfully composed with different flavors and textures that complemented each other. If I were to be critical on one thing it would've been the size/cut of the onions in the shrimp and grits, but I also had a knife, so that was easy enough to take care of.”

“Poets Walk was the most kind and caring place for residents. They took the time to learn about mom, and found ways to interact her that gave her purpose. The activity directors created custom activities to engage each resident. I could not have given her a more dignified, social environment. She loved the onsite salon and nail polish activities. Her life continued to have purpose and she had fun while there. Mom made new friends and was safe. They took excellent care of my mom, and helped educate myself and my family about caring through the journey.”
