“I'm a regular volunteer at Brookdale Shavano Park and participate in a weekly communion service with several other volunteers and approximately ten Brookdale residents. I have found Brookdale Shavano Park to be a wonderful place to visit, and I thoroughly enjoy my time there. The facilities are beautiful, tastefully decorated, and well cared for; the staff is friendly and helpful--especially Ben, who personally escorts some of the residents to our service. Most important, I'm impressed with the spirit of the residents who participate in our service. They care for one another and for the volunteers who care for them. I have received love, kindness, and sincere gratitude from each one of them, and I hope they have received the same from me.”

“Great school for academics. The curriculum is challenging and there is a lot of homework. However, it keeps the kids busy and challenged. Most teachers are amazing. A couple of teachers are not that great but no school is perfect. My only complaint about this school is the workload is sometimes too much the kids don't get to be kids. My daughter does not have any other activity other than school education/studying and homework. Having said that, she is so advanced and she loves the challenge!”
