I was trying to get into the Marine Corps and pull ups are a requirement. I was never able to do pull ups, so I went to Plyofit and Carlos (the owner/ trainer) got me where I needed to be in order to reach the USMC standards. Great vibes, as well as the motivation level. Excellent gym and excellent trainer.”

“Saw the bad reviews and had to get to the bottom of this place and as it turns out they are very good at what they do and on top of that they are super nice! I own a high end custom welding business and these machines are our life, my family depends on them to make us a living and I will always go here for repairs. The other bad reviews are literally misunderstandings as none of them were written by a welder or by a person who knows about these machines. In my opinion it was different peoples spouses or a non welder office person each time that wrote the review. Keep up the good work its hard to be a local business and make everyone happy.”
