“Came here for the food and stayed for the karaoke. Karaoke night was so fun and even though it's a restaurant they serve plenty of drinks for karaoke on Wednesdays and Sundays. Their margaritas are delicious. Even though i only spoke English the staff was friendly and the food was great.”

“Exceptionally well kit houses are beautiful there I know they're trailer houses but they're really kept well they are the really beautiful the places really nice the pond needs water but it's always kept very clean cars go by there quite a bit too fast they need a sign or they need somebody standing after there's too many kids that are playing out there in the roads and these crazy guys are up and down just in the trucks blazing like if it's on the highway so that needs to be done about that other than that everything is fine”

“Balfour Beatty Community does everything to accommodate residence. Rent includes utilities, lawn care, maintenance, trash/recycling pick-up, security on base, no home owner’s association fees. Busses and schools are close by, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, gas stations, commissary and Exchange are all less than five miles distance. This neighborhood is clean and safe. This is a security forces base. I am a retired Army MSG. What I like about being on base is the idea that everyone here helps each other if needed. The neighbors are mixed Active Duty/Retired, multicomponent. The base is old, but well maintained. If you like going to the gym, ID card holders use these facilities at no cost. There are no gym membership fees. Balfour Beatty pools are free to residents. My neighbors are great! The company has an on-line website that makes monthly direct deposit payments easy and carefree. This method is a good one, and so is communication with all Balfour Beatty Community Departments. The availability of multiple method, maintenance submission work orders is super, day/nights and weekends! Maintenance repairs electrical, plumbing, appliances, and all pest control issues are resolved, if any. Yard sales on base are great! I have lived in this community for a year almost and I am very happy with the degree that Balfour Beatty continues to ensure their residents are taken care of. Maintenance folks are the best, as well as the yard guys, and the office folks. It’s just living made easy. At age 58, I like that!”

They are by far the best company, I reset at home, which is great compared to other otr companies that dont let you see home for weeks! “The park was amazing! Full of life and nature, the caution signs about the poison ivy and snakes are in good taste. However, a clear distinction of direction needs to addressed. I followed the map from the beginning and somehow ended up in the complete opposite of the park. If that get fixed then the rating would have been perfect.”

“Great for a family outing, camping, swimming and fishing. I personally have been swimming and fishing the Medina River for 40yrs. I have caught up to 50lb catfish, 18lb bass, 8lb river perch out of this part of the river. Living only a mile away I love camping here. It's clean and maintained nicely. Quiet and just a good place to slow down in life and enjoy nature... I highly recommend visiting this beautiful park.”
