The tech checked it out and said that it was wearing a little uneven but that there was still lots of miles on the tire. He saved us a few hundred bucks! Some places would have replaced it anyways just so they could charge us. We didn't actually get service here because the customer service prevented us from having to. That's a 5 in my book!”
