(January 4, 2019, 2:51 pm)Best coaching and support staff in the state. This is a great place that opens themselves up to everyone regardless of your physical abilities or disabilities. They modify your training and pay particular attention to assuring you are doing the exercises and activities correctly so as to not sustain a injury. This place is world class and Shannon, Jordan and Steve are all world class coaches and trainers. I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. You cant beat the support and care put into the program to help you achieve your goals.

There are always new skills to learn and EVERYTHING can be modified for every skill level. It truly is a way to build strength and stamina and to keep my sanity in check. Oh, and I have built some of the most fabulous friendships!

Shannon has created an atmosphere that is encouraging and educational for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level. Every session is educational and every member is cheering you on each step along the way. I’ve tried the other types of gyms and the CrossFit experience is the first time I’ve found the perfect mixture of accountability, encouragement and education.
P.S. Austin was a fantastic coach for my Crossfit 101 course. -
