  We really enjoyed St. Ives RV Resort in Alvin TX. The site was spacious and well layed out. The grounds were huge and very well taken care of. Walking our dogs around the pond was very relaxing. The dog park was spacious and nice and green. We were looking forward to lounging in the lazy river but the weather gave us cold spell. We are looking forward to our next stay and a splash in one of the pools! The ladies in the office were very nice and very professional! We stayed almost a week and will definitely come back for another stay!

  This campground is the best! For a weekly site it's $250 electric included. They have some sites with trees. All spots are nice and huge and level. They are gravel sites. The lazy river was awesome as well. Everything was clean and nice. I have no complaints. This is a very kid friendly campground. They have laundry on site as well. We had no troubles with the fantastic owners/employees working. They all made our stay comfortable and amazing. We stayed 2 weeks at this campsite.

  What a great get-a-way! Very nice luxury RV, and right across from the lazy river. We enjoyed our river time, pool time and squeezed in a little mini golf. We cooked on both on the pit and inside, the full size fridge was awesome for all the food and drinks. Looking forward to our next stay and enjoy more family time and relaxing!

  We really enjoyed ourselves at the resort. We had to cut it short from our original planned time there because it was so hot, (we just happen to pick the hottest weekend to stay unfortunately. We had our two large dogs with us and they were miserable. We were able to get in the lazy river and stay cool, but they didn’t have that luxury. We have a small tear drop like camper and had to utilize the bathroom/showers several times, they were very clean at all times. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return but when the weather isn’t so hot.

  Nice spot for a quiet weekend. My one complaint is that there was residue from what I assume was a bug sprayer truck that came through overnight - but it’s surrounded by woods and I like the shade trees so I’ll take the spray so we don’t have mosquito swarms- just plan to stop and wash off the rig on the way home. Staff was nice and facilities seem to be well kept although definitely a newer set of amenities. Would have loved some shade over the mini golf and some additional seating/shade around pools. Hopefully in the future they have plans for a larger pool or splash pad as we went on a weekend that wasn’t super busy - lots of spots open but not a lot of room left at pools before they got crowded feeling. We have plans to return- overall for the price and convenient location to us it’s a nice little get away with minimum fuel expense.
