  Excellent and professional. If you want a dealership that has your best interest in mind, this is the dealership for you!!! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. I am very critical and I do not do reviews but, I was really impressed with the entire staff and the way they handle business. Especially John. I walked in thinking small 2 door 2005, he made a 2011 Buick Enclave happen. My family and I are grateful. Thank you Nissan of Alvin

  Update: Noone is perfect and flawless. Problems will come up. How these unexpected problems are handled is important. I had a problem with my plates come up. I was out of town and, as usual in that situation, was feeling a bit hopeless. It was beginning to look like I was on my own. I reached out to Mr. Cook, not expecting much since I was sure he had alot of other stuff going on and, handling a customer who is out of town may not be worth the headache. I was wrong. He handled the problem not just professionally but, extremely quick. I never had to nag him to check on a status, he was always right there telling me what's going on and what to expect when. Made me feel like getting my vehicle there was definitely the right choice. Thank you, Mr. Cook.

  Best car buying experience ever!! You have to have John Field take care of you!! You will not regret!! He is one car salesman that truly has your back!! One of the nicest people, I've ever dealt with!!

  I bought my first vehicle, 2014 Nissan Rogue with John Field and I am so pleased. It came with warranty up to 100k miles. He is honestly the best, was very patient, and made sure I was fully educated on the vehicle. He even set up my entire system for me and showed me how to do it on my own. (Set my clock, set my miles for service check, everything) I was a little nervous, but he made the experience easy and unforgettable. Plus, he is personal. He shared his number with me to ensure that if I need anything regarding my vehicle he is here to help. Confidence on your sales speaks volumes. Love love love this place and thanks to Mr. John and Mr. Darrius (manager) for making me part of the Nissan Family. Come on in, ask for John!!! I promise you won’t go wrong.
