(February 23, 2019, 1:36 am)Lee Ware is the guy to go see. As soon as I walked through the door he got up, shook my hand, offered me water or coffee and asked how he could help me. He listened to every detail i wanted on my vehicle and found the perfect truck for me.
It didn't stop there, he went into great detail about every feature. You can tell he knows his stuff.
Excellent salesman and a great staff at Toyota of Alvin.

(January 31, 2019, 3:45 pm)Bruno is an excellent salesperson. He was very attentive and very helpful in finding the right, per-owned 4 Runner for my daughter. He was responsive when I needed to call and ask questions and called back in a reasonable time when he was not immediately available. I would recommend seeing Bruno for your next Toyota purchase!
(December 27, 2018, 7:43 pm)I purchased a 2019 Tundra 1794 Edition. I saw it on the Toyota of Alvin website. My wife went and test drove it while I was at work. I spoke to the salesman Joel and told him how much I would be comfortable paying for it. He said he could work with that and he gave me a total drive out price which included a very fair price for my trade in. I was already approved through my credit union so my salesperson Joel took care of everything with my finance guy and all I had to do was go pick up the truck after work. It was very quick and painless. I’ve purchased many cars from dealerships and I have to say this was by far the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman promised me a spray in bed liner for my truck. I didn’t get it in writing and when the sales manager contacted me to see how I was doing with the truck just a few days later I mentioned it to him. Without hesitation he asked me to bring the truck in that same day so he could get it taken care of for me. He even gave me a very nice courtesy car while they got my liner sprayed. They had our new truck back to us before the end of the day. That is just excellent customer service and I am definitely going to buy from this dealership again. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or even used vehicle to give Toyota of Alvin a chance to help you with your purchase.
