Dean was so pleasant and patient. He took his time and showed me every mattress that I wanted to look at. I liked it that he asked me in the beginning what I was looking for..not what he was trying to sell. Dean was very thorough with taking me step to step in the buying and the closing. Any store would be blessed to have him as their representative. I'm laying comfortably right now on my new Queen size Copper style bed. Thanks Dean. 😊
