  My experience was exceptional. This was my first visit to Affinity Urgent care in Alvin and after presenting my insurance and I’d, the wait was minimal. The staff listened carefully and attentively to my complaint and did all the necessary treatments and referrals. I left the facility already feeling better. I highly recommend.

  Update 8/13/2019
  I went into the office to ask a question. I was shocked and disappointed with how the lady at the counter treated me. She was rude and not helpful. I use this clinic a lot and this is the first time I've been treated badly. I was very polite and friendly despite feeling embarrassed and humiliated. My husband suggested that she was rude because I was wearing a Kamala Harris shirt. It's a small town and I guess I was naive in thinking it wouldn't make a difference. The physicians have always been nice so I'm still going to recommend this clinic. Hopefully this young woman was just having a bad day.
  
  I have been going to the Alvin Affinity Urgent Care for about 5 years. It's very convenient being right next to Kroger. I have a complicated medical history and have seen a lot of doctors over the years. This office always gets me in quickly and the doctors are great.
  
  I use this clinic for migraines and when I'm sick with something that needs antibiotics. They are always kind and compassionate. That's worth paying extra for but luckily it's not too expensive. I have tried a few of the other urgent care clinics in Alvin and would never go back to any of them. Why are the workers so rude? I'm not difficult and don't expect much. The Affinity clinic has the best in Alvin and I'd drive to Clear Lake if this clinic closed.

  Went in for random urinalysis and couldn’t / didn’t give enough for a complete sample. I had to (embarrassingly) try again, needless to say they all were very professional and helpful in helping me, without embarrassing me. Lord only knows I was already embarrassed enough. I am so happy my company uses AFFINITY URGENT CARE - ALVIN

  the service we received was wonderful, staff from the front desk, the triage nurse, and provider were professional, and spot on in the treatment. Fast service was crucial and so appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone with a need.
