(September 29, 2018, 9:09 am)Great people friendly knew his stuff, and made me feel VERY VERY comfortable when I explained a very simple problem I was having with my tablet and could not remember how to fix it. I was NEVER made to feel stupid or old, about this he even says even young people have that every once in a while. Not to worry he would get it straight I no time e. And did!
