(June 6, 2018, 9:20 pm)Performance has Certified Techs. I had initially thought my Sun Shield had snapped in 2002 Blazer ZR2 4x4 4L60E Transmission. They quoted me $650-$800 to replace. They pulled the Tranny & found a burnt 3-4 Clutch Pack & recommended that I get a full rebuild. $2100 Total Cost. They kept me informed, took about 2 weeks, they also called to get permission to replaced my Rear Main Seal on Engine & Output Shaft Seal for free. (Only charged a few $ for parts) I gave 4 stars because I had a couple of tranny leaks after the rebuild but they corrected the issues. She’s better than new. Great down & up shifts, also restored power. I’m sure this rebuilt Transmission will outlast my truck. Shifts better than a new 4L60E because of the improved parts they use.
