  For someone with a phobia of going to the dentist, Dr. Scott had extreme patience with me, and for the first time in eleven years, I was able to have dental treatment without sedation. He and his staff go above and beyond to make it a comfortable experience, and today they were all worthy of an award for best dental care, as they made sure I left the office with a crown that was just the perfect shade. I won’t hesitate for a second to come back to see Dr. Scott for my dental care!

  Dr. Elrod and his team are the BEST! I have been going to Dr. Elrod for over 20 years and never have had a bad experience. He has seen me thru braces, wisdom teeth removals, cavity fillings, and routine cleanings and each and every visit has been excellent! His team of hygienists are kind, professional, and proficient. They & Dr. Elrod take an interest in your personal life and don’t treat you as just a patient to get in and out as quickly as possible. Everyone in the office instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel welcome and everything is always clean. Dr. Elrod is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and I have 100% confidence in placing my dental care in his hands. No one likes going to the dentist but since we have to go, there’s no one better than DDS - Lake Jackson. Go! You won’t be disappointed! :)

  I have used Distinctive Dental for 7 plus years and have been totally satisfied. Dr. Elrod is a dentist who truly cares about his patients well being. Also, this place has a friendly and great environment surrounded by a great dentistry team!

  I have been going to Dr. Elrods Dental Office for years now, and they are fabulous! They have the latest and greatest tools so they can give you the most accurate response to what is going on with your teeth. The staff here are all so sweet! They remember our past conversations and care about what's going on. They make sure you are comfortable while getting your teeth cleaned by changing the tv channel to your liking, talk to you about life and are always super helpful with any questions you may have.
  I can honestly say I wish every dentist office was like Distinctive Dental.

  I had Melissa do my routine teeth cleaning and x-rays. We shared good conversation and she paid very close attention to the little details of her job. It was all around a great experience and I’m looking forward to going back again!
