Dr. Shepherd, Erica, and the newest member Leslie are all fantastic. We’ve been going to Dr. Shepherd since 2011 and haven’t had a single issue. They do have a strict policy that if you’re more than 10 minutes late they will cancel your appointment, which I appreciate. I’ve never been in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes, and we are always out of there within an hour. I’ve always been able to get an appointment when one of my 3 children are sick, and I’ve been able to talk to the Nurse for guidance if I just had a question. If Dr. Shepherd isn’t 100% sure about something, she is quick to refer you elsewhere for answers. We definitely recommend Dr. Shepherd and her staff.
Love Dr. Shepherd and her staff. They go above and beyond for all three of our children. If they don’t have the answers they will direct you to someone who does. They follow up with their patience’s and the nurse is always available to answer any questions.
