  A great educational tool and interactive atmosphere for kids and adults alike. They have a bird watching dock, aquariums inside and the kids can even touch sea anemones and star fish from their open tank. A great field trip for homeschoolers or if you just want to escape the hustle and bustle of Houston!

  This place is amazing! They take amazing care of the animals. My school went there not too long ago to visit the aquatic animals and go fishing. They were very kind to all of us!

  Quaint! Amazingly peaceful! Full of information that felt really good to get reacquainted with. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Our intentions are return when the seasons change (Spring). Note: donations to their cause is helpful!

  I love this free aquarium. Great way to spend an hour or two. Hatchery tour was fun and we were the only ones on it. Not a busy spot.

  The ultrasound lady was very sweet.. even though it was a hard time for us she made it better in a sense.

  Truly fun and informative place to spend an afternoon. If it swims in the Gulf, they probably have it here. Take the hatchery tour. Now toucan see where fish dinners come from. The wetlands walkway has both fresh and salt water areas with a very broad spectrum of plants, birds, and other critters. But it’s NOT just a tourist place. Lots of education and research goes on as well.
