Evolution Pain and Spine: Sunil Thomas, MD

I am treated with respect and I think Dr Thomas understand how you feel when you are in pain. I haven’t seen that in a pain doctor in a long time. The last one I had pushed drugs and I requested to get off the morphine and did it on my own. Then the government stepped in and and I had a terrible fall and he said he couldn’t give what I needed. He played with my medication like he was treating a druggy but he treated everyone like that. So when I made the change it was refreshing to know there are Doctors out there willing to help us.

Staff was very nice and made the process easy for me. Dr Thomas was very knowledgeable of my condition and confident in the course of action to correct my problem. Very professional, understanding, and courteous and I very much appreciate that.

Dr Thomas was very attentive to my husband. He had a great personality and took time with him. We appreciated the amount of his concern he showed for his condition. I would recommend him highly!!

Dr. Thomas is my second pain management Dr. I think his staff lends to the feeling of being 100% completely satisfied with him. From the VERY friendly front desk clerk, nurse and PA his staff brings up the level of care / personal relations. His staff moves from office to office in an effort to care for patients from Lake Jackson to League City, this can not be easy - yet... they are always kind and always friendly. It is sincerely appreciated and eases the stress.

The same can be said for Dr. Thomas who is always so thorough and caring. If you mention you have a headache he will ask "why, what's going on?". If you mention you haven't been feeling well he will ask "why do you think that is?". He always makes sure to ask how I am, how things are at work, home, family, etc... Not just to be friendly but to get a good idea of my day to day life. AND - he really REALLY thinks outside of the box when considering how to manage my pain. He is not quick to write a prescription BUT at the same time he will not turn up his nose at the idea either. Some Dr.'s have made me feel like a drug addict when questioning me about my pain, but he does not.

I have referred Dr. Thomas to several friends and family members and ALL have been extremely satisfied and thankful to have found him.
