UTMB Health Pediatric Primary Care, Lake Jackson

Never have had a problem at this office. I was worried after Dr. Ryan left but now I'm not, yes sometimes it's slow but they have a great staff working here.The nurses are sweet and understanding and the front desk has always been helpful for our family, I didn't have the money for the co-pay for my child that was sick and they said no worries "I could pay on friday" (Payday) If I couldn't get in that day (which is rare) I could get in the next morning, If I couldn't wait that long they told me about the after hours UTMB in Angleton (also great). Overall this is a great place for kids.

My three boys see Dr Lee Elam. She is very knowledgeable and she puts my boys at ease. The staff is very nice and helpful. When I called due to illness they were able to see me that day. The medical assistant to Dr Elam is FANTASTIC. My son didn't cry when he received his shot from her which was very unusual for him. She was very calm with him. My little baby also absolutely loves herm
