(October 19, 2019, 3:51 pm)The only reason I gave it a five star is cause of the late service. I was trying to order a meal and it said add ons included on the entree with chicken tenders. But they said the drink didn't come with it. And then I mentioned to them that is false advertisement might what to note that. Well it didn't end well but TOBI the manager who help the situation made it a place I would come again. She was very polite, understanding and helped every step of the way. She need to be GM asap lol she know how to manage.

They will do everything for you so it's no worries, but it's not cheap. We spent upwards of $600.
If it's just for a day play, it's perfectly priced. I mean, keeping kids entertained and pizza and junk food is right there, you can't go wrong. If I have a day where I'm watching over my daughters friend or two or her cousins, we almost always hit this place up. And it's right next to the movies, so hit up a noon movie then straight to Urban Air. Kids are entertained, and my house stays clean ???? -

(August 31, 2019, 9:04 pm)This place is perfect for me and my two kids. There is so much to do that we can spend 7 hours there with never getting bored. It's great fun & a great workout out for the whole family. The membership is a great way to go. I spend half on a monthly membership for two kids and one adult than what we spend in one single visit. And you get unlimited trips per month. You get your money's worth in one visit. And each time your kids come they get a free pizza and snack. We absolutely love this place and we highly recommend it.

(August 20, 2019, 8:09 pm)The membership deal has been perfect for us. You get your money's worth that way. It's great to let them run around and beat the heat. Fun for the parents to join in too! We've also had a great birthday here. It's clean and open, so it's easy to watch kids.
