  Tammy and De'andrea were extremely helpful in regards to deciding what size locker I needed. They also offered many options of packing supplies for protecting my stuff while in storage. I feel very comfortable keeping my things with this cube smart!!

  I must give this place a FULL FIVE stars JUST because of their so very, very sweet front office supervisor or manager, Tammie! I wish I knew her last name to really give her the credit she so deserves, in my opinion. My company utilized several offices and storage units at this location for several years. We recently moved and relocated to an actual office building due to expansion and I have to say our experience at this particular CubeSmart was very pleasant, accommodating, and beyond satisfactory. The site supervisor or manager, Tammie, was absolutely superb in handling all our needs, and her customer service was beyond astounding! Tammie was extremely helpful with any issues we might have had arisen and she was ALWAYS sure to get right on top of it and consistently see that our issues were resolved. Using a storage office as a workplace is odd enough, but when I say our experience at CubeSmart was more than sufficient, it truly was in every aspect! Tammie really did outdo herself as the site supervisor and for that, I will forever be a customer of CubeSmart in any capacity I'm able to in the future. As someone who greatly understands the value of great customer service and diligence in delivering services, I have to say that this CubeSmart really chose a good one with Tammie! A person like that is who you want as the face of your company. I can't say enough how much she contributed to such a pleasant and convenient stay for our company, so I could not go without putting it in writing - because it's true. I did get to tell Tammie how great she was for so long, but this is my way of letting everyone know how fantastic of a manager they have at the CubeSmart on Hwy 6 at Manvel. Great Job CubeSmart! Great job & GREAT service!

  Tammy Hall, is the best!!!! I’ve gone in to make a payment on my storage and she made my day. First, of she's very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She was able to help us with a situation with our account which I have been trying to take care of for months and she was able to take care of it right away.
  I really appreciate her assistant on this matter!!!
