(July 9, 2018, 10:11 am)Just wanted to let you know you guys have the greatest service in the area. I went to another ACE hardware store down the road and I went in and saw 3 employees standing behind the counter. I stopped and asked them what I was looking for a hot wooden screw. They replied back and the one thought was a manager told me to go to ales 33 he told me I should fined what I'm looking for there. On my way over there I got to thinking why didn't one of they just come to help me look for what I needed they were all 3 just standing behind the counter? I had my grandson with me and I told him lets go. On my way out another employee did approach me and ask me if I had found what I was looking for and I replied to him NO but thanks for asking this happen in front of the counter I wanted to make sure the other employees heard me. On the way out I explained to my grandson that that store does not understated we do not have to spend our money there we as a buyer have a chose we and drive down the road and get what we need. That when we entered you store and immediately we asked if there was something we could be helped with. This employee at first showed me what we did not needed and after I explain to him what I was doing we went to another section of the store and he provided me with exactly what I needed.At the end I asked him if he had 2 minutes to visit with me and he said yes so I moved up my grand son and explain to your employee what had occurred at the other store and I want to make sure my grandson understood what had occurred. Thank you for your service and Please continue giving that service because I have already send some emails to all my email contact list about this and I've already received some phone call on the other stores service. I will be returning to your store and I believe others will also.
