I have received multiple studies at this imaging center. It is conveniently close to home but fully embodies the core values of Houston Methodist Hospital. All of the staff were excellent, from the receptionist to the imaging tech. However, Veronda (registered nurse) was exceptional! She has the best bedside skills and technical skills in an ambulatory setting.

The best staff I've ever had to deal with in the medical field! I've brought both my kids (10yo & 17yo)for MRIs. They made them feel very comfortable and welcomed. Mrs. V was exceptional to them both. A absolutely recommended the Imaging side of it.

Everybody here is over the top helpful, professional and kind. I have never experienced this all at one time, all in one place. From the receptionist who helped me through an insurance issue & rescheduling, to the imaging specialist who coached me flawlessly through my MRI. This place is A1. I spent most of my time with Veronda, the RN. She was literally the best nurse I've ever encountered...and I've never had a bad nurse. She explained fully what I was to expect, comforted me and spoke to me as we were lifelong friends. Her beautiful spirit really shines through.
