There was a small miscommunication but the gentleman with the long beard (sorry, I don’t remember his name!) was more then glad to go above and beyond in the situation. I am highly satisfied with the service provided. The staff are very friendly and welcoming ! I will definitely return for future business and will refer anyone I know.

(February 5, 2019, 10:45 pm)Great experience here!! Products are a bit more expensive than bigger commercial stores, but their service makes up for it. Never going to guitar center ever again!! Guitar center employees are sexist douche bags, but you can tell it is a family friendly atmosphere here, where everyone is treated with equal respect! Highly recommended

(November 21, 2018, 5:22 pm)Ive been going here since I started playing years ago. Chase has always been very good to me, as well as the rest of the crew. There have been times I would be unsure of a purchase, and Chase had told me to take it home and if I don't like it bring it back.
The only i can say for these guys.. I think if they would stock high end guitars like Taylor, Gibson, Fender, Martin, etc, they would get even bigger business.

(September 19, 2018, 4:41 pm)Best music joint in the area— awesome equipment, amazing teachers, feels like a family. They really take care of you here. Chase is crazy nice and handles just about everything you could need, and John is the best guitar teacher I’ve ever had. He even plays gigs around the state every week, yet still manages to make it here and share his wealth of knowledge. Bought my first electric here and am definitely a lifetime customer now. Super recommended.
