  Very pleased with the service. We did not have to wait long for them to come out the next day for a non emergency service. David was polite, friendly, and prompt. I was very satisfied with the service and will mostly definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

  Called because I needed immediate help and they showed up the next morning! Very professional and knowledgeable company. Came in, took care of the issue, and charged a very reasonable price. I 100% recommend Preferred Air & Plumbing.

  Wow! We couldn’t have picked a better company to service my AC, they reported all findings and made honest recommendations and explained things step by step.
  From the technician at my home to the phone call from the General Manager, we knew we were In good hands.
  Unlike the last company we hired, these guys showed up with shoe covers on their feet , we received a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead to let us know the technician was on the way, and we received a detailed receipt when the work was completed . We are very pleased.

  David Nieves did an amazing job changing my furnace. He was able to get it done around the holidays instead of rescheduling me after new years like other companies. In fact, David Nieves was able to get me a great deal that way I had money left over for other repairs as well as for Christmas shopping. I would definitely recommend his services!

  Highly recommend this company, for the first time I saw someone walked into my house to fix something wearing a shoe cover. That is the highest point of professionalism. Nick was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about his job. You understand what hygiene means. You amazed me today. Thanks for your services.
